As a Divisional Sales Manager you maximise all sales opportunities through the division, leading by example, developing and coaching the RSM’s. To anticipate future trends, risks and to identify breakthrough strategy and plans.

• At least 10 years commercial retail experience
• Good employment law knowledge
• Works well under pressure and to strict deadlines
• A strong problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team

This role requires an experienced training manager with high energy levels and a real passion for cosmetics. You will be responsible for delivering in house training as well as on the job training to Account Managers and Beauty Consultants.

• Previous experience in a Training role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• You will be highly confident with a fun and infectious personality.
• Ideally live around Bath / Bristol area or the South West.
• Hold a full driving licence

As an experienced Manager you will be responsible for the Benefit business within Harvey Nichols where we are opening a Brow Bar early September.  You will possess a confident and fun personality to drive sales and to lead by example.  This exciting role includes recruitment, training and developing your team, ensuring sales targets are met, holding promotions and events and any related business administration.   

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a retail management position.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
