I manage the first in the world in-store boutique with a team of 13 benebabes. My role involves leading my example, training and coaching staff, traffic stopping and creating lots of fun activity on counter. I love working at benefit because there are always exciting new product launches, I receive great support everyone that works here and there are always new opportunities for me to work towards.

I joined Benefit as it is a fun, funky and fast growing company which encourages development and promotion from within.
