I am responsible for assisting field based managers and employees with their HR needs. This includes employee benefits, contracts of employment, advising on various employee issues, starter packs for all new staff, and all other HR administrative duties. I share my job role with my co-worker Natalie Neale who will be coming to the website soon… so watch this space.

I was eager to work for the brand because it’s a fun dynamic company that stands out from the crowd. So far my benefit journey has been a great one and I love the fact that hard work is recognised and it gives great prospects for personal growth so who knows where I’ll be in a couple of years. I have enjoyed every moment of working for benefit. It’s a fun and friendly brand that’s always growing and always buzzing… you couldn’t ask for a better work place.
