I manage 4 Sales Development Managers across the South West region. This involves new store openings, finding new and innovative ways to drive sales, coaching and developing my team and building relationships with our retailer partners to ensure our future growth and success. The thing I love most about working for Benefit is that it’s a fast paced but fun environment where hard work and effort is appreciated and you’re made to feel valued.
