Since May 2011!

My job is to manage and maintain the benefitcosmetics.co.uk website. I’m responsible for adding all our new products, forecasting our stock levels, creating our data feeds, fixing any technical issues, providing detailed reports on our sales and purchase trends and ensuring that everything is available to purchase 24/7! I’m also the person that manages our customer databases, and I am responsible for our email marketing activities. I also lend a hand to graphic design now and again!

I joined Benefit because I really wanted to work for a fun, vibrant and successful global brand. I’m the only (and token) boy in my department but we all work super hard and have a great laugh together.
